Warranty Policy
All Bavarianwerke reconditioned fuel injectors are sold with a 100% Warranty. All Bavarianwerke
fuel injectors are reconditioned using the highest quality test and cleaning liquids made by Carbon
Zapp. All “Reconditioned” fuel injectors have 1-year warranty. All “New” Fuel injectors carry two manufacturers warranty/ ( e.g Bosch )

The warranty applies only on directly purchased goods from Bavarianwerke.

Warranty exceptions apply
● All returns must be sent with postage fully prepaid and adequately insured. Packages lost in the mail is not the responsibility of Bavarianwerke.
● Warranty does not apply for the improper installation and/or any damage to parts sustained
during installation or removal of the injectors or improper care during packaging.
● Any warranty claims are for the injectors only, any labour charges for fitment and any other
out of pocket expenses are not covered by the warranty.
● Bavarianwerke assumes no liability and will not pay for labour or any expenses arising from the
installation of the fuel injectors.
● In case when the injectors were purchased for engine Tuning including Turbo/Supercharger upgrades, we do not warranty the injectors to pass emissions control inspection solely on their own merit. Due to the
complex Law regarding emission control
●The warranty will not apply If returned item(s) have clear defects such as:
-Bent or broken injector bodies,
-Missing or damaged parts,
-Tool marks from improper installation or removal,
-Broken, bent or missing pintles,
-Broken, cracked, scratched, melted, or missing electrical connectors.

Cancellation Policy
● You have the right to cancel your order or purchase without giving a reason within 14 days.
We will refund you no later than 14 days after the day on which we received your cancellation notice of the order.
● All items must be unopened and not used and must contain all items that were originally
supplied posted/shipped.
● The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method
● If your order has been sent to you and you decided to make a cancellation we will make a
refund only after receiving goods back to us. You must send back or hand over the goods to us within 14 days from the day on which you apply for cancellation.
● If you cancel your order before goods have been shipped you will receive 100% refund, if the order is cancelled after goods have been shipped/dispatched then you are refunded minus restocking fees (10%) and shipping fees.
● You are responsible for the return shipping. All returns must be sent with postage prepaid and adequately insured with tracking number. All returned merchandise must be properly packaged.
Bavarianwerke is not responsible for the loss or damage sustained in the Post.

Refund and Order cancellation exceptions
We will not refund you in these situations if ,
● The goods have been used and/or installed.
● The goods have been damaged and/or missing parts.
● The goods have tools marks and broken, bent or missing pintles.
● The goods have been lost or damaged by delivery courier.
● Cancellation notice and/or shipment delay (longer than 14 days).
